What is the standard shipping time for lighting fixtures?
Most in-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location and the size of the fixture.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, all our products come with detailed assembly instructions. We strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired ceiling lights and wall sconces.
What is your return policy for damaged or unwanted items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If your light arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
Are your lighting products compatible with dimmer switches?
Most of our chandeliers and pendants are dimmable, provided you use compatible dimmable bulbs and a compatible wall switch. Please check the specific product specifications for confirmation.
Do your fixtures include light bulbs?
To allow you to choose your preferred color temperature and brightness, most of our fixtures do not include bulbs unless they feature integrated LED technology.
Do you provide a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Cusack Lighting fixtures come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
