At Cusack Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new lighting fixture isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, instructions, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned fixture, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
